    Please complete the following application by printing in blue or black ink. Every space must be completed. If additional space is needed, please use an additional sheet(s) of paper. When completed, return to Amber Carter at Ocean Springs City Hall or email  amberc@oceansprings-ms.gov by Friday, May 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Any applications later than this date and time will not be accepted.

  3. How many hours are you available after school? What days are you busy? If you work, can you provide your scheduled hours? All Mayor's Youth Council Meetings take place on the first and third Monday throughout the school year. If you are unavailable on Mondays, please do not apply.

  4. All applicants must interview at their scheduled times. Interview timelines have not been scheduled yet. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance after the interviews. The first mandatory event will be the June 3,2025  meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at City Hall @ 6PM where you will introduce yourself to the city.
